NO MIDDLEMAN.
Gordon Owens didn’t come up through marketing agencies. He came up through hospitality.
His degree from Auburn University is in Hotel and Restaurant Management — a field where the standard isn’t “good enough,” it’s “the client doesn’t have to ask twice.” After college, Gordon spent 11 years with Aramark managing business services accounts for Fortune 500 companies. That experience — learning what it means to be truly embedded in a client’s operation, to own outcomes rather than deliverables, to be the person a senior executive calls when something matters — shaped everything that came after.
In 2010, Gordon launched his own digital marketing business. What started with websites and basic marketing for local businesses grew, client by client, into something more focused: a niche B2B marketing consultancy built around companies with hard-to-reach buyers — the kind of markets where generic agency thinking not only doesn’t work, it actively wastes time and budget.
Today, GO Digtl is that practice. Gordon works directly with a small number of clients — developing the strategy, leveraging the right technology, and delivering results in markets others can’t penetrate. No account managers. No junior staff. No middleman.
